Let me entertain you!
A bit more about me...I've studied and performed music since I was just a lad. I've performed, live, in front of audiences ranging from a handful to over 800. I do several different styles of music, and lately I've been doing a lot of "traditional" material.I've done magic since the mid 1970's and have performed to audiences sometimes exceeding 1000 people. I cherish an audience that is a small, intimate one of between 10 and 35... it lets me do closeup magic, which I enjoy above all other styles. I've been the "Kings Landing Magician" since the autumn of 2006. Storytelling is something that runs in my family! It wasn't until I lived in Boston for a year that I realized that there is also a strong modern tradition of storytelling. During my year in Boston I attended weekly workshops with the well known "Brother Blue" where I put polish on my telling style to the point that I actually became a featured teller. Recently, I was featured as the storyteller in the made for TV movie, "The Maritime Violin of Jasper Wood".
Bringing the show to you!I offer half-hour shows of just music or magic or stories. I also offer a full hour program that is a variety of music, magic, stories and jokes. This is "light entertainment"... so don't expect foul language or questionable humour.
